Comments: The locaton is really great: greenery is all around the villa, beatiful and peaceful Kabalana beach (mostly surfspot, but good for lazy beach vacay as well) is just 400m away (you can walk safely even in the nightime which I did a few times), several cafes are located within walking distance including ones on the beach, more places to eat and buy stuff are in Ahangama that is 5 minutes by tuk tuk. So it is calm and peaceful place yet close to everything that a traveler might need.
