parks in Sri Lanka which is contains a fringing coral reef of

wildlife sanctuary in 1988. A typical shallow fringing reef
with an average depth of around 5 meters. The coral reef
reduces the coastal erosion and forms a natural breakwater.</p>

annually at special locations they always congregate to lay
their eggs. Hikkaduwa started a series of Turtle hatcheries
where people bought from poachers and also harvested the
turtle eggs from known nests in crowded areas. </p>
